PHSI Core Value Employee Dollar Program

Our core values are the foundation of PHSI. We want to encourage and reward those members of the PHSI team that go above and beyond to demonstrate these values. In order to accomplish this, we decided to create a Core Value Employee Dollar Program.


  • Includes all employees (offsite and Corporate)
  • Everyone is allocated 2 dollars a month to award to employees that demonstrate core values
  • Employee with most dollars per month is awarded Employee of the Month
  • Everyone can purchase PHSI swag at end of program
  • Program will run from 9/1/2017-12/31/2017



  • The “giving” employee must be from a different department than the “receiving” employee.
  • The “giving” employee cannot give more than 1 dollar to the same “receiving” employee throughout the program.
  • All employees must give 1 of their 2 dollars to an offsite employee each month.
  • A printed copy of the dollar form will be displayed on the marketing board each month.
  • You are not required to give all dollars away during program. If a core value is not displayed then you can’t award another employee.
    • This does not mean you can keep the dollars for yourself, they become voided if not awarded to another.
  • There will be one CEO “Golden Dollar” per core value that will be awarded by Bob throughout the program.
    • He will select a winner based on entries submitted
    • Only counts as 1 dollar within the tracker
    • Allow the “receiver” to purchase any item from the swag store at the end of the program.
  • The Core Value Program Leader will track the monthly results,
    • The employee with the highest earned dollars will be awarded employee of the month
  • Each month one action from each core value will be selected by the Core Value Program Leader to be announced in the town hall.


  • Employee of the month will receive a designated parking spot right in front by the main entrance of Corporate.
    • If the Employee of the month is offsite, a gift card will be provided.
    • Tiebreakers will be decided by CEO.
  • Earned dollars throughout the program can be used to purchase PHSI swag at the end of the program during the week of January 15-19.
    • Hoodies, jackets, hats, t-shirts, polos, bags, etc.
    • Every dollar earned can be redeemable for a prize in the store.
