When tasked with the immense challenge of supplying a dependable and refreshing water provider for our school, we partnered with Pure Water Technology because they bring nothing short of excellence to the table. Their staff are courteous, professional and passionate about providing the best water possible to us. Their machines are non-obtrusive, dependable and quiet only taking up a minimal amount of space (and oh so sleek!). Although these units operate perfectly 99% of the time, in the rare instance that there is an issue, their knowledgeable and friendly service techs respond quickly to get us back into service. It has been nothing short of perfection working with them. Long gone are the days of storing and hauling dirty, sub-par bottled water. The hassle of transporting bottles and maintaining the bottle machines has always been an unwelcome chore for us and by switching over to Pure Water Technology, thankfully those days are long gone. I would whole heartedly endorse Pure Water Technology for any company looking to upgrade their water service. Their water is clean tasting and their machines are absolutely tremendous at removing all of the impurities found in the water. When Erin Rose came by to meet with me for a possible change-over, we were very skeptical. Pure Water allowed us to have a dispenser installed on a temporary basis so that we could try it out free of charge. Our office has been open for 25 years and we have never been offered to have a temporary installation and use it at our discretion. This impressed us very much. We are very happy with the water technology equipment and service we have received to date and highly recommend Pure Water Technology.

Today I write in regards to Pure Water Technology’s excellent service your company has provided to us and not to mention Dorothy’s outstanding customer service and dedication she has provided to Turbo Wholesale Tires. Here is an example of how we know your company is providing us with the best customer service in the industry; three weeks ago, we called PWT for a service call on one of your machines, (FYI there was nothing wrong with your water machine) a day after our service call we see one of your technicians came to our warehouse to inspect the machine. Shortly after the tech arriving, he concluded that there was nothing wrong with PWT’s machine. The following day another of PWT’s techs showed up to our warehouse to follow up on the service call and make sure everything was ok with machines. Never in my eight years here at Turbo has wholesale had a company followed up on a service call visit. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Pure Water Technology for the attention and dedication your company has provided for us.
